Autoship Shipping Dates

INITIAL AUTOSHIP ORDER

In order to have a monthly Autoship order with the lowest price, you MUST use the part of the shopping cart for Autoships, and NOT the individual discounted price section.

Your initial Autoship order will be shipped within one business day (Monday through Friday) from the day you placed your first order. It will be sent via the United States Postal Service, using Priority Mail. This is a 2-3 day air service to the continental United States.

Example: Today is Friday, June 11th. If your order is placed BEFORE noon, there is a good chance your order will ship today and you will receive it the following Monday or Tuesday, June 14th or 15th.

Example: Today is Thursday, June 10th. Your order will ship either today or tomorrow, June 11th, depending upon what time you actually place your initial order with our company.
 

FUTURE AUTOSHIP ORDERS

Your next month’s, and subsequent, Autoship orders will ship within a 10 day period from the day you originally placed your 1st Autoship order. (IE: today’s date.)

Here are three examples:

EXAMPLE #1:

Today is June 15th. Your first order will ship today or the first following business day (Monday through Friday). Your 2nd and subsequent Autoship orders will ship between the 10th and 20th of each month, starting in July. Your credit card will be charged within one business day of the date your order is shipped. NOTE: The 10th through the 20th is a ten day “window” around the 15th, your initial order date.

EXAMPLE #2:

Today is June 2nd. Your first order will ship today or the first following business day (Monday through Friday). Your 2nd and subsequent Autoship orders will ship between the 1st and 10th of each month, starting in July. Your credit card will be charged within one business day of the date your order is shipped. NOTE: The 1st through the 10th is a ten day “window” around the 2nd, your initial order date.


EXAMPLE #3:

Today is June 30th. Your first order will ship today or the first following business day (Monday through Friday). Your 2nd and subsequent Autoship orders will ship between the 20th and 30th of each month, starting in July. Your credit card will be charged within one business day of the date your order is shipped. NOTE: The 20th through the 30th is a ten day “window” around the 30th, your initial order date.


Usually, all of your Autoship orders will come around the same time each month. For example: If you receive your second Autoship on the 15th of the month, most likely within a couple days of that date all your future Autoship orders will arrive.
 

CANCELING YOUR AUTOSHIP

You may cancel at anytime. You MUST call or email our company AND speak with a representative or receive a reply email from our company, in order to cancel your Autoship. If you call or email us AFTER your credit card has been charged – but BEFORE your order has been sent, your Autoship will be still be shipped. All future Autoships will be cancelled. As long as you contact us BEFORE your credit card is charged, we can cancel that month’s (and all future) Autoship orders.

ONCE YOU CANCEL YOUR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM, YOU CAN NOT GO BACK ON AUTOSHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS. You must purchase Royal Velvet individually – either on our website or through our order department – for the regular price that all non-Autoship clients are charged.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is declined for your Autoship order – FOR ANY REASON – we will contact you via email AND the phone number you gave us when you placed your initial order. If you do not contact us within 10 calendar days with new or correct credit card information, your Autoship will be cancelled. ONCE YOUR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED, YOU CAN NOT GO BACK ON AUTOSHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

FOREIGN ORDERS

ALL other foreign country orders will be charged $35 for Shipping and Handling. NO EXCEPTIONS. This INCLUDES Canada. (We spend MUCH more than this to ship to ALL foreign countries, ESPECIALLY to Canada.) We reserved the right to refuse service to any country.
 

RESERVING THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We retain the right to refuse service to anyone we deem as an unacceptable customer. We do not discriminate based upon race, color, sex, religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin. We will and do refuse service to the following people:

• Anyone using another’s person credit card without permission or not properly identifying the card holder when placing an order.

• Anyone who does not give truthful information on the shopping cart or when placing an order with our call center.

• Anyone who does not provide us with a legitimate phone number and email address.

• Anyone who tries to go on Autoship after they have canceled or had their Autoship order canceled. This includes using fictitious names, different mailing address from the same person, etc.

• Anyone who is rude, offensive, or argumentative with any staff member of our company.

• Anyone who calls us an inordinate amount of times for frivolous reasons.
   

CHANGING YOUR AUTOSHIP ORDER

You may change your Autoship order within these rules. You can INCREASE the number of Royal Velvet on your Autoship order as many times per year as you wish. You may DECREASE the number of Royal Velvet on your Autoship ONLY twice per calendar year. If you attempt to DECREASE your Autoship order more than twice in one calendar year, your Autoship will be cancelled. ONCE YOUR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED, YOU CAN NOT GO BACK ON AUTOSHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You MUST call our order department to change your Autoship. International orders may email us.
 

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL ROYAL VELVET

If you are on an Autoship Program for Royal Velvet and want to purchase additional bottles of Royal Velvet, you have two choices. You may place an order for individual bottles, either on-line or through our order department, paying the regular discounted price for individual bottles. You will NOT be able to receive the special Autoship price that you pay for Royal Velvet on your Autoship order.

Or, you may increase your Autoship order using the rules outlined above. Remember, you can only DECREASE your Autoship twice within each calendar year.
 

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS ON AUTOSHIP

We do sell nearly 100 very powerful and unique products. You may add any of these products to your Autsohip order. However, to do so, you are required to call our company to set this up. You cannot do this on-line. We will give you the largest discount we can (either the lowest price allowed by the manufacturer or on a cost/profit/loss basis).

NOTE: You can add as many products as you want annually to your Autoship order. You may remove products from your Autoship order only twice per calendar year. Any more than that will result in cancellation of your Autoship order. ONCE YOUR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM HAS BEEN CANCELLED, YOU CAN NOT GO BACK ON AUTOSHIP. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

YOUR FIRST ORDER IS RISK FREE - GUARANTEED UNCONDITIONALLY

If for ANY reason you do not believe that your first bottle of Royal Velvet provided you with the results you were looking for, you may get a refund. You MUST follow these simple instructions:

You have until 60 days after the date in which you made the INITIAL order (AutoShip OR regular order) to ask for a refund and return the product. (You will consume a bottle of Royal Velvet easily within 30 days. This gives you PLENTY of time to ask us for a refund and return the product.)

You MUST call our customer service number BEFORE you ship back the bottle of Royal Velvet. We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You have a total of 60 days from the date in which you made (purchased) the INITIAL order (AutoShip OR regular order) to return the empty bottle of Royal Velvet to us.

If you purchased more than one bottle of Royal Velvet, in order to receive a FULL refund, you must send back all the remaining unopened, sealed bottles of Royal Velvet with the one used/empty bottle of Royal Velvet.

If we receive the empty bottle of Royal Velvet with YOUR Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package within 60 days of your INITIAL purchase, we will refund your credit card for the total amount that you paid, included the shipping and handling charges (US residence ONLY).

If you use/consume more than one bottle of Royal Velvet and ask for a refund, sending back two or more used/empty bottles of Royal Velvet within the 60 day time frame, we will do the following:

For each ADDITIONAL bottle of Royal Velvet that is sent back to us used/empty (other than the one allowed) we will deduct the REGULAR price for Royal Velvet from the total that you paid, refunding that amount.

EXAMPLE: You placed an Autoship for three bottles of Royal Velvet. You call us, get the RAN (Return Authorization Number), send us back either one or two empty and one sealed/unused bottle of Royal Velvet within the 60 day time-frame. You paid $147. We deduct $65 (OR whatever the CURRENT one bottle of Royal Velvet price is) from what you paid and refund you the difference, which in this case would be $82. ($147 - $65 = $82)

ALL subsequent orders are NOT refundable. Your second, third, and subsequent orders are NOT refundable. No exceptions.

NO other products are refundable. We do NOT offer refunds on any of our other products, no matter who the manufacturer is.
 

ROYAL VELVET INGREDIENTS

1 bottle Contains: 1 fluid ounce. (30 ml) This is approximately 180 sprays.

Each serving (3 sprays) contains: 16.5 mg deer antler velvet extract and 2.4 mg stevia extract (leaves). Other ingredients: Purified water, natural lemon flavor, xylitol, citric acid, lecithin, potassium sorbate.
